Dear Santa, my name is Journey, and I am eight years old. I live in Missoula, Montana, where my dad says our whole valley used to be covered by a giant ancient lake.
Dear Journey, a valley with history that ancient deserves a very appreciative flyover, your dad picked a truly remarkable hometown.
Santa, I have three questions.
Does Santa have hair? My little brother wants to know if it is really as white as it looks in pictures.
I do have a full head of hair, Journey, as white and snowy as my beard by now. Tell your little brother the pictures he has seen are pretty close to the real thing.
My dad says Missoula sits in a valley once covered by a huge ancient lake. Is that true?
