Dear Santa, my name is Dylan and I am nine years old. I live in Caernarfon, Wales, where my taid says our castle is so grand that princes were once officially presented to the public right there, in front of its walls.

Santa, I have three questions.
My first question is, what is Santa’s number? My little cousin wants to hear your voice directly instead of just sending a letter.
Phone calls are trickier to manage than letters, Dylan, given how many millions of children I would need to speak with directly. A carefully written letter remains my most reliable way of truly listening to every single child.
My second question is about our strait. My teacher says the Menai Strait separates our mainland from Anglesey. Is that true?
It is, Dylan. The Menai Strait separates the island of Anglesey from mainland Wales, crossed by some genuinely impressive historic bridges. Flying over that narrow, historic water each Christmas Eve is a genuinely lovely part of my Welsh route.
My third question is about our castle. My teacher says it is recognized as an important historic site by the whole world. Is that true?
It is true, Dylan. Caernarfon Castle, built in the 1280s, is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, celebrated for its imposing medieval architecture. Flying past its towering walls each Christmas Eve fills me with genuine, quiet admiration.
